Copper capillaryIt is a saving component in the refrigeration system, which mainly plays a role of saving and reducing pressure. In the refrigeration system, the liquid flowing out of the condenser will experience greater resistance when passing through the small copper capillary tube, so the flow of liquid refrigerant is reduced, which restricts the flow of refrigerant into the evaporator and keeps the condenser relatively stable. The pressure, the pressure difference between the two ends of the copper capillary tube is also kept stable, so that the pressure of the refrigerant entering the evaporator is reduced, and the heat is absorbed by sufficient evaporation to achieve the purpose of refrigeration.

Precautions for the use of copper capillary:

1. The amount of Freon filled into the system must be accurate. Because the diameter and length of the copper capillary tube-after being selected, its liquid supply capacity is fixed.

2. On the high-pressure side pipeline of the refrigeration cycle, there can be no place where the refrigerant simply gathers, so as to prevent the liquid from flowing into the evaporator when the compressor is parked, and it is easy to form a liquid hammer phenomenon when it is restarted. Therefore, the refrigeration system should not be equipped with a liquid reservoir.

3. Set up a filter before the copper capillary tube to avoid dirt blocking the inner hole of the copper capillary tube (called dirty blockage) in the system.

4. The moisture in the refrigeration system should be strictly controlled within the specified range to prevent ice blockage at the low temperature outlet.

5. Since the refrigerant liquid flows from the condenser into the copper capillary tube, it maintains a high temperature in most of the tube length, and it is only colder at the end. Therefore, in refrigeration equipment such as refrigerators, the 70cm-long section of the copper capillary close to the condenser part and the suction pipe of the compressor are welded or wrapped together to form a regenerator, allowing the condensate to exchange heat with the low-temperature refrigerant vapor. , It can make the suction of the compressor overheat to ensure dry shrinkage; it can also make the condensate supercool, reduce the flash vapor generation in the copper capillary tube, and then increase the liquid supply and increase the cooling capacity.

6. According to needs, several copper capillaries can be used in parallel. At this time, it is necessary to use a dispenser, and through careful adjustment, the working conditions of several copper capillaries are basically the same.

7. The copper capillary tube must be cleaned and dried, and the flow rate of each copper capillary tube must be measured before it can be used.
