Stainless steel pipe geometry and shape inspection:

2. Stainless steel pipe wall thickness inspection: micrometer, ultrasonic thickness gauge, no less than 8 points at both ends and record.

3. Check the length of stainless steel pipe: steel tape measure, manual and automatic length measurement.

4. Inspection of the outer diameter and ovality of stainless steel pipe: caliper, vernier caliper ring gauge, measure the big point and small point.

5. Inspection of bending degree of stainless steel pipe: straightedge level (1m) and thin line of feeler gauge to measure bending degree per meter and full length bending.
