Whether the small stainless steel capillary tube reaches a certain temperature at the annealing temperature. Stainless steel heat treatment generally receives solid solution heat treatment, which is simply "annealing", and the temperature ranges from 1040 to 1120°C. You can also check through the viewing hole of the annealing furnace. The stainless steel tube in the annealing zone should be incandescent, but there is no softening and sagging.
Introduction of annealing atmosphere. Generally, pure hydrogen is used as the annealing atmosphere, and the purity of the atmosphere is at least 99.99%. If the other part of the atmosphere is an inert gas, the purity can be lower, but it must not contain too much oxygen and water vapor.
Furnace body tightness. The bright annealing furnace should be closed, and the small stainless steel capillary tube should be isolated from the outside air; if hydrogen is used as the protective gas, as long as one exhaust port is open (used to ignite the discharged hydrogen). The method of review can be used to wipe the cracks in the joints of the annealing furnace to see if it can run out; the areas that are easy to run out are the places where the annealing furnace enters the pipe and the place where the pipe exits. This local sealing ring is special. It is easy to wear, and it should be reviewed and replaced frequently.
Protection gas pressure. In order to avoid micro-leakage, the protective gas in the furnace should maintain a certain positive pressure. If it is hydrogen protective gas, it is generally required to be above 20kBar.
Water vapor in the furnace. On the one hand, review whether the furnace body material is monotonous. The furnace body material must be dried when the furnace is installed for the first time; on the other hand, whether the stainless steel pipe entering the furnace can have too much water stains, especially if there are holes on the pipe, do not leak water in. Otherwise, the small stainless steel capillary will completely destroy the atmosphere of the furnace.
